On December 29, at the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Jiangsu Higher Education Association for International Student Education Management, our school was selected as the“2023Advanced Collective of Education for International Students in Jiangsu Province”. Lu Tingting won the“Advanced IndividualofEducation Management for International Student in Jiangsu Province”, and Liu Hui was awarded the“ExcellentSchoolCounselor for International Student in Jiangsu Province”. This is the fourth time our school has received this honor.

The annual meeting included plenary reports, parallel forums, and exchange sessions. Lu Tingting, our school’s representative, shared the school’s practices in the quality certification of higher vocational education for international students at the“Certification and Prospects”forum. Wang Hongkai, Dean of the School of Overseas Education, shared the school’s experience and achievements in international student management with colleges and universities across the province during the plenary exchange.

In recent years, the school has actively responded to the“Belt and Road”initiative, opening up a path for international vocational education. We adhere to introducing excellent foreign teaching resources through cooperative education, bringing in outstanding foreign teachers for cross-border integration, promoting the construction of an international faculty, building an international curriculum system, creating an international education model, and advancing the construction of“Luban Workshop”and“Zheng He College”, achieving the“four-stage”enhancement of educational internationalization by“bringing in global resources, integrating diverse elements, going global with initiatives, and upgrading overall quality”.
