Our college holds a meeting to promote the Huawei ICT training program in South Africa

On January 6th, our school held a meeting to promote the Huawei ICT training program in South Africa. Lou Hua, dean of the School of Software and Big Data, Zhang Weidong, deputy

dean of the School of Cyberspace Security, Zhou Ping, deputy dean of the Overseas Education College, and related teachers attended the meeting. Zhu Dianrong, director of Overseas Talent Ecosystem Development of Huawei Talent Development Department, Xia Shupin and Xu Jingwen of Huawei South Africa Representative Office participated the meeting via video link.

The two sides discussed how our school cooperates with South Africa in advancing Huawei's talent ecological training program and the training of teachers and students in South African colleges and universities. The two sides formed a preliminary plan for the specific advancement of Huawei's courses, teaching materials, certification and other aspects. Huawei ICT training focuses on cultivating innovative ICT talents. This project will train teachers and students of EWC Academy in South Africa in the future.
