Our college has signed a phased joint training program agreement with three institutions in Thailand online

Our school held an online signing ceremony with three institutions in Thailand on December 8th. Miss Chuenjit Oktun, educator of the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Mr. Nitat Weeraphoprasit, director of Chonburi Technical College, Mr. Nirutt Butrsaenlee, director of UdonThani Vocational College, Mr. Roongwijak Wangmuanklang, director of Detudom Technical College, Sui Bixia, principal of our school, Tao Dawei, member of the Party Committee and vice principal, and relevant functional departments, professional teachers and students of the four institutions attended the ceremony.

Sui Bixia warmly welcomed the Thai representatives who signed the agreement and introduced the background of cooperation between our school and Thai institutions in hopes of working with the three institutions to jointly explore a talent training model that meets the needs of the new era, so as to promote high-quality higher educational exchanges. Mr. Nitat Weeraphoprasit said that he will, as always, adhere to the principle of international cooperation with Chinese institutions to run schools, act on the consensus reached in the agreement and explore ways of cooperation. Mr. Nirutt Butrsaenlee introduced the general information of UdonThani Vocational College and the history of international cooperation, as well as expressed his expectation for the cooperation with Changzhou College of Information Technology and the Thai students who are going to study in China. Mr. Roongwijak Wangmuanklang said that the cooperation with Changzhou College of Information Technology will provide students an excellent project for theoretical exchanges and professional practical learning and is also an important embodiment of the language and cultural exchanges between China and Thailand.

Sui Bixia signed the China-Thailand "1+2" Phased Joint Training Cooperation Agreement on Software Technology with Mr. Nitat Weeraphoprasit and Mr. Nirutt Butrsaenlee on behalf of the two colleges respectively, and signed the China-Thailand "1.5+1.5" Joint Training Cooperation Agreement on Automotive Intelligent Technology with Mr. Roongwijak Wangmuanklang. According to the program agreement, Thai students will receive academic certifications from both Chinese and Thai colleges after completing three-year of study.

The leaders of the School of Software and Big Data and the School of Electronic Engineering of our school were entrusted by the Thai colleges to issue certificates to the employed teachers of software technology and automotive intelligent technology, and the leaders of the Thai colleges were entrusted by our school to issue letters of appointment to Thai teachers.

During the process of the program, our school actively participated in and integrated into the Sino-Thai people-to-people exchanges and educational cooperation, innovated the vocational education cooperation model, and actively explored the talent training model that meets the needs of the new era. The development of this program is also an important measure for our school to share teaching results and serve China-Thailand cooperation. It is also an important sign for our school to expand international exchanges and improve school-running capacity on an international scale.
