(referred to as “Aohong Electronics”) was grandly held in the lecture hall of Aohong Electronics. All Thai International Students (Class of 2023) of our college participated, and the event was covered by JiangSu Education Channel.
During the company briefing segment, Wang Shuai, Assistant to the General Manager of Aohong Electronics, provided a detailed introduction to the Thai international students on aspects including the company overview, corporate culture, business scope, operations, production capacity, and more. He placed particular emphasis on the overall planning and staffing needs of the Thailand branch. During the factory tour segment, the Thai international students visited Aohong Electronics’ production workshops to gain firsthand insight into multiple stages of product manufacturing and R&D. They deeply experienced the smart production processes and well-organized production lines, observing up close the actual operation procedures of different positions. The students practically understood how professional skills are applied in real work scenarios and witnessed the company’s strict work standards.
During the interview session, the enterprise adopted a dual-language assessment model of “Chinese + Thai”, emphasizing the equal importance of bilingual proficiency and professional skills. It focused on evaluating the students’ Chinese language proficiency, professional skill acquisition, and cross-cultural professional adaptability. The students’ performance in the interviews was highly commended by the interviewers.
In recent years, our college has continuously advanced innovations in the joint training model for Chinese and Thai international students, delivering localized talent to Chinese enterprises expanding into Thailand. It is reported that this special career fair is part of a series of activities aimed at strengthening international school-enterprise cooperation and facilitating employment for Thai students. Going forward, the college will continue to make multifaceted efforts in areas such as order-based training programs and the construction of internship and employment bases, further deepening the core principles of its international development strategy.
