All new international students studying in our school are required to undergo a physical examination and must go to the Changzhou City Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for a physical examination. The fee for the physical examination is 430 yuan per person.

Fasting is required for physical examination and medical results verification. International students must bring original passports and two 2-inch photos.

Physical examination time: 8:00am-11:00am Monday to Friday

Physical examination steps:

1. Register at the reception hall, fill in the form, take a video, open the laboratory test form and the fee bill, determine how many medical certificates need to be issued, whether express delivery service is required, and pay the fee

2. Measure blood pressure in the physical examination room, listen to the heart and lungs, and fill in the physical examination form

3. Go to the ECG room for ECG examination

4. Go to the ultrasound room for abdominal ultrasound examination

5. Go to the blood draw room to draw blood

6. Go to the radiology department for chest X-rays

7. If vaccination is required, go to the vaccination room for injection

8. Return the medical examination form to the reception hall. After the doctor re-examines and confirms that all required items have been completed, a certificate of evidence is issued, and the medical examination content on the day is over

9. According to the time specified in the evidence collection certificate (usually 2-4 pm on the third working day), go to the reception room to receive the health examination certificate.
