Original passport and a copy of passport (first page of passport, visa page) 2. Original or photocopy of admission notice, original or photocopy of JW201 or 202 form 3. Eight recent 2-inch bareheaded photos (please write your name and passport number on the back of the photo) 4. No criminal record certificate 5. Medical certificate 6. Letter of recommendation 7. Changzhou Benniu International Airport: 1. From Changzhou Benniu International Airport, take the airport bus (15 yuan/person, operating hours 9:00am-22:30pm), and get off at the Civil Aviation Service Center (Changgong Institute) station in about 1 hour; walk 150 meters to get off Take B1 at the BRT platform of Longcheng Avenue, Jiang Road, and get off at the Information College Station in about 1 hour; after getting off the bus, walk 450 meters to reach Changzhou Information Vocational and Technical College. 2. From Changzhou Benniu International Airport, the taxi fare is about RMB 120. Changzhou North Railway Station: 1. From the BRT platform of Changzhou North Railway Station, take B1 (1 yuan/person, operating hours 05:00am-20:50pm), and get off at the Information College Station in about 1.5 hours. After getting off the bus, walk 450 meters to arrive at Changzhou Information Vocational Technology College. 2. From Changzhou North Railway Station, the taxi fare is about RMB 80. Changzhou Station: 1. Start from Changzhou Station, walk 160 meters, arrive at the bus center of the railway station, take B11 (1 yuan/person, operating hours 05:45am-21:10pm), and arrive at Changzhou Science and Education City Station in about 1 hour; get off and walk 320 meters to Changzhou Information Vocational and Technical College. 2.
