The participants put forward effective suggestions and proposals on various matters of holding the annual meeting after heated debate.
Tao Dawei, vice principle of our college, summarized matters on hosting the annual meeting of the Alliance at the meeting. Principal Tao pointed out that the meeting had established a basic framework for hosting the annual meeting, which was helpful for the follow-up work. Next, all sides should strengthen communication and set up a preparatory team.
We must plan this annual meeting from the perspective of pooling strength and promoting high-quality development, and prepare and implement various tasks with high standards.
We need to further break down the tasks to our various functional departments and specific persons in charge and clarify the time line after the meeting. Only in this way can we truly implement the preparatory work down to the details and deliver concrete results.
Last but not the least, he stressed that we need to normalize our work, which is very necessary for institutions to align work and make concrete actions. Only with the "official army" can we better promote the development and healthy development of the Alliance. After this meeting, all parties and participating institutions of the Alliance should sort out their work and combine their respective advantages to better promote vocational education in both China and South Africa.
In the end, key leader Yang Xiaochun, deputy director of China Center for International People-to-People Exchange of the Ministry of Education, give instructions on the Alliance's annual meeting and relevant work. Changzhou College of Information Technology is one of the important units initiated by the Alliance. The Alliance's secretariat and all kinds of work including website construction have received strong support from the school leaders and teachers over the past three years. The meeting today has made a comprehensive review of the work for hosting the annual meeting. All sides need to assume and clarify their own responsibilities and break down the work into details. I believe that with the efforts of all parties, we will be able to hold this annual meeting successfully.
